Our products are meticulously handmade using 100% body-safe, platinum-cured silicone, proudly sourced and manufactured in the USA. Our silicone is free from harmful chemicals, it is non-toxic, hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin. It ensures a comfortable and irritation-free experience. When it comes to your intimate experiences, quality should never be compromised. 

All of our toys are made in Brooklyn, USA. All silicone materials are also purchased only through U.S suppliers and third-party inspected for quality assurance.

We recommend using our toys with water-based and oil-based lubes. While we trust the durability of our toys, we advise against using them with silicone-based lubes. These lubes can react with the material over time. Choose high-quality, body-safe lubes to enhance your intimate moments and always wash off any lubrication and store your toy in a dry location.

Here is how you can do it:     

With Soap and Water. Use antibacterial soap with warm water and rinse thoroughly. You can let the product air dry or wipe down with a lint free cloth or towel. Dishwasher method. Place your SinSaint toys in a dishwasher, especially the ones with grooves and texture. Let them air dry or use a free cloth or towel to pat dry. Boiling water. Put your toy in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Do not walk away from the toy and do not let it touch the pan bottom and melt. Bleaching: Create a solution of 10 parts water to 1 part bleach. Immerse your toy for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, air dry or clean it with a lint free cloth.

Yes! Since our toys are handmade and the colors are hand-mixed, there will be slight differences in color properties. Our products are hand poured by artists, each of this product is unique, thus small imperfections in texture, density up to 10% are inherent in the product and are not considered defects.

When we say "Anal Safe" we are referring to the base of the toy. If the base of our toy is wide enough to be left unattended in the anus or wider than the insertable part of the toy, we call it an "Anal Safe" toy. However, if the toy is not labeled as an "Anal Safe" on our website, you can still use it for your anal play, but be careful and do not let it be sucked in.

We put our toys in a SinSaint box which goes inside of a standard brown cardboard box. We put a shipping label on a box and it doesn’t say what the package contains exactly. You will see our company name and the name of the toy that has been shipped to you, along with the delivery address.

It will take between 2-5 business days to manufacture the product before we ship it to you. If you cannot track your order after 5 business days of placing your order, please e-mail us at [email protected].

Yes, we do! Note: Recipients will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon receipt of shipment. All international packages will be accompanied by an itemized Commercial Invoice to pass through Customs. We will not include any identifying terms such as dildo, anal while describing an item on a slip.
