Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any toys which have their protective seal broken. Removal of the product from its clear protective bag is acknowledgement that you accept your product as is.
To request a refund on an unopened item, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We do not cover the shipping costs for returning an order to us. After we receive your return and inspect the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item ONLY if it is unopened/unused, less the original shipping cost. All refunds are charged a 10% processing fee. We will not accept refund requests after 10 days of product delivery.
