We do not accept cancellations on items bought from inventory so please read inventory listings carefully and check the size chart for your purchase.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept refunds as a general rule. Exceptions may be made however these are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be related to production issues with the toy which were not stipulated on purchase.
Any items marked as containing a defect or ‘Flops’ will have a description of the issue relating to the product and all sales are final. No returns and/or refunds will be given for any "Flop" products.
When you receive your order it will arrive in a sealed clear bag, we encourage you to inspect it to the best of your ability without opening the clear plastic bag. Opening the bag is acknowledgement that you accept your product as is. Any requested returns, where the bag has been opened, are unlikely to be accepted as we cannot ensure the safety of the product. If you notice any defects before you have opened the bag, please email us with pictures of those defects.
No returns or refunds will be accepted on the basis of incorrect ordering a toy firmness or size.
All toys which are returned open are disposed of unless there is specific reason why this does not occur.
We do not offer discounts or refunds for color on inventory toys. We do our best to capture the color of toys as accurately as possible in the listing pictures, but color may be affected by lighting, background, monitor settings, and perception, so a toy may look slightly different in color than it does in a listing. If you believe a toy does not match the listing pictures and you received the incorrect toy, please contact us and we may be able to exchange it if it is still in the sealed bag. When creating a custom toy, we will make every effort to match the colors you choose, but we cannot color match down to exact shades or hex codes. If you custom a signature color or named color from us be aware that there is variation in pours for each color and no pour will look exactly the same. A named color means that we use the same pigments and the same technique to pour it, but there is still a lot of variation between toys, each one is unique. If you still feel a mistake has been made in your custom, please contact us and provide pictures of the problem so that we may see how we can help remedy it.
If your entire package arrived with damage to the outer package that occurred during shipping, please contact shipping carrier ( UPS, FedEx or USPS) for compensation.
